Siddharth Malhotra rejected Race 3 not because of Salman Khan, but because of this actress!

Salman Khan starrer Race 3 is one of the most thrilling projects to roll out this month. And, despite the fact that several stars were keen to be a part of this action-thriller, Sidharth Malhotra refused to be a part of it and walked out. Why? Early reports suggested that the actor wasn’t happy with the script furthermore, also had some date issues. Though, now it looks like he rejected the film because of a certain actress! I mean, I’m not talking about Jacqueline Fernandez but Daisy Shah. Acc. to a source, Sidharth was set to be paired with Daisy Shah but this did not go down well with Sid as he is only keen to be paired opposite leading ladies from the film industry. However, Sid even felt that Daisy does not fit in his scheme of things and that’s why, he walked out.

In the period in-between, there were reports which claimed that Sidharth was replaced by Aditya Roy Kapoor in the film. Infact, Aditya Roy Kapoor was an ideal replacement for Sid’s role, but the makers got an even better guy for the job – Bobby Deol. Currently, Bobby Deol has been finalised to play Sid’s character and we can’t keep calm! Bobby Deol and Salman Khan together in an action thriller like Race 3 is a dream come true. Salman Khan is going to start his shotting schedule for Race 3 this month. Earlier director Remo D’Souza had planned to start the first schedule of the film in Abu Dhabi, then go on to Europe and return to finish the film in Mumbai. But, with Salman Khan’s Bigg Boss 11 commitments, the makers decided to start with the Mumbai schedule first.
