The poster features Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif riding an ostrich and behind them there's a fighter plane trying to gun them down. One wouldn't be wrong, if he or she thinks that this film is Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif's much anticipated film of the year. Jagga Jasoos is Anurag Basu's first directorial venture after his 2012 surprise hit and much loved film "Barfi". He's coming back after a long gap of 5 years with Jagga Jasoos.
The makers of Jagga Jasoos started the promotions of their film by launching the first poster of Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif starrer. The makers took their Twitter handle and wrote
Jagga Jasoos is a picaresque detective film, in which Ranbir Kapoor is playing as Jagga who goes around trying to find his missing father. Ranbir's father is played by Saswata Chatterjee. The film has been in making for a long time. The film was supposed to release on 27th November, 2014. Since then, after a number of re-shoots, Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif starrer "Jagga Jasoos" is scheduled to release on 7th April, 2017.
