JAB HARRY MET SEJAL : Two Mini Trails and a song will be shown during India Vs Pakistan Match
Shah Rukh Khan and director Imtiaz Ali's upcoming film "Jab Harry Met Sejal" has been in news from the past few days. The title and posters have impressed everyone and now the makers are all set to introduce their upcoming film Jab Harry Met Sejal to the audience. The makers have decided to innovate with the communication of the film using mini trails. Director Imtiaz Ali has come up with an idea to showcase what he calls ‘mini trails’ , actually mini trails can be referred to as a series of 30-second teasers or clips from the film which will be released before the official trailer as an introduction to the world and the personalities of Harry and Sejal. The first mini trail will be unveiled this Sunday during India Vs Pakistan Match.
Talking about the mini trails, Bollywood Superstar Shah Rukh Khan said, “The whole idea of ‘mini trails’ is to introduce the two main characters of our film; Harry and Sejal, the two players amidst the beautiful love story. These trails will serve as moments from their journey which gradually lead to the bigger story that would unfold in the theatres. “Imtiaz has a special way of writing and shooting his scenes. Even the most simple of scenes have an underlying emotion or a sub-text within them. These ‘mini trails’ will highlight moments from our film, which Imtiaz so lovingly weaves into his tales. The film traces the love story of a Punjabi man Harinder Singh Nehra a.k.a "Harry" portrayed by Shah Rukh Khan and a Gujarati girl "Sejal" essayed by Anushka Sharma.
The idea of mini trails reminds us of SRK-Alia Bhatt starrer Dear Zindagi and Ayushmann Khurrana-Parineeti Chopra starrer "Meri Pyaari Bindu". The teasers of both the films were released in five small parts to give the viewers an understanding of the characters of both the films.
