Shah Rukh Khan's cameo in Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif starrer Jagga Jasoos ?
The highly awaited, much anticipated Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif starrer Jagga Jasoos is slowly pacing towards it's release. After a couple of re-takes the Anurag Basu directorial is finally hitting the screens next month and fans couldn't keep calm after watching the trailer and the recently released songs. The film isn't less than a Disneyland Adventure as well as a musical drama with light-hearted comic elements. Now, we have got an exclusive news that a superstar is all set to make his cameo in the Ranbir-Katrina starrer detective picaresque "Jagga Jasoos". A source claims that Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan was approached by director Anurag Basu earlier this year for an important cameo in his film which stars Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif in the lead. Shah Rukh loved the idea of this particular cameo as it had some sense of quirk to it and agreed to be a part of the movie without any major hassles. The source also revealed that Shah Rukh finally shot for the role a few weeks back in a Mumbai studio along with Ranbir, Katrina and other important characters of the movie. Jagga Jasoos was scheduled to release on April 7 this year, but due to a number of re-shoots this couldn't happen. Last year the makers also released the first poster along with a Trailer. The Trailer wasn't less than a Disney Adventure and received positive response all over. Jagga Jasoos is Anurag Basu's first directorial venture after his 2012's surprise hit "Barfi". Since then, he's coming back after a long gap of five years. Jagga Jasoos is a picaresque detective film. Ranbir Kapoor plays "Jagga", who goes around trying to find his missing father. But his search leads him on a life-changing adventurous journey. Ranbir's father is played by Saswata Chatterjee. The film has been in making for a long time, but now it is slated to release on July 14, 2017.
