After revealing the first looks posters of the film, the makers of “Bareilly Ki Barfi” have finally released the official trailer of Ayushmann Khurrana, Kriti Sanon and Rajkummar Rao starrer upcoming romantic comedy. The 2 mins 50 seconds long trailer sheds light on the lifestyle of “Bitti”, who is a straight forward liberated girl. The trailer takes us away from the swanky demeanor of metropolitans to tiny town quirkiness. “Bareilly Ki Barfi” is a love triangle and a side-splitting one! According to the trailer Kriti Sanon is the Bareilly Ki Barfi here. In fact her character is the subject of a book written by a clandestine devotee, with the intention of she aims to search out, when she is not battling her over-bearing parents. Her only hope for help is Chirag Dubey (Ayushmann Khurrana) who finds himself love-struck by her, but agrees to help her. As an alternative, he chooses to use someone irritating to make her hate him, and his search ends in Pritam Vidrohi (Rajkummar Rao), who works in a saree shop and is an amateur poet. Rajkummar Rao has always been outstanding in parallel cinema like Shahid, Aligarh and Trapped, his last film “Behen Hogi Teri” has been highly underrated. Now with the upcoming romantic comedy “Bareilly Ki Barfi”, the actor is going to establish himself with some serious funny bones. This time alongside him is the multi-talented Ayushmann Khurrana and the gorgeous Kriti Sanon. “Bareilly Ki Barfi” is directed by the “Nil Battey Sannata” fame director Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari. While the story is penned by her husband, Nitesh Tiwari, who is well known for making India’s highest grossing movie of all time across the globe, Dangal. The film stars Ayushmann Khurrana, Kriti Sanon and Rajkummar Rao in lead roles, the film is scheduled to hit the screens on August 18.
