Emraan Hashmi might play the second lead and Daisy Shah’s love interest in Salman Khan’s Race 3!

While it was formerly reported that talks with Sidharth Malhotra and Aditya Roy Kapur for playing parallel leads beside Salman Khan in Race 3 were on, and now it seems like Emraan Hashmi seems is the one who has benefited. According to a source, Emraan has been finalized to play the second lead in the film and the actor will be paired opposite Daisy Shah.

According to reports, both Sidharth Malhotra and Aditya Roy Kapur were willing to join Salman Khan on board after their last releases flopped at the box office. The two actors are desperate for a hit, and in fact they had no qualms concerning the side-line in the forthcoming action-thriller.

Though with Emraan Hashmi, things have been diverse on the career front. The actor was recently seen alongside Ajay Devgn in Baadshaho, which did extremely well at the box office, bearing in mind 2017 has not been a good year for Hindi films.

Emraan Hashmi has starred beside Ajay Devgn in both Once Upon a Time in Mumbaai, Dil Toh Baccha Hai Ji and Baadshaho and has no anxiety on working with a big star.

Right now, there’s no official word of confirmation on this news from the makers or from Hashmi. The thing that's confirmed is that Jacqueline Fernandez will be playing the female lead opposite Salman Khan. The film is scheduled to go on floors this month.
