Judwaa 2’s day 2 collection has managed to become the fourth highest second day collection of the year. Yes! The Varun Dhawan, Jacqueline Fernandez and Taapsee Pannu starrer has managed to beat Akshay Kumar’s Jolly LLB and Toilet – Ek Prem Katha, Hrithik Roshan starrer Kaabil and Shah Rukh Khan starrer Jab Harry Met Sejal and with this, the youngster has managed to beat some major superstars for the second day in a row and yes Salman Khan is also there in the list. Well, we just checked the second day collections of all the film released in 2017 and we’re pretty surprised to see the result. Prabhas’ Baahubali : The Conclusion leads the way by collecting Rs. 40.50 crore on it’s second day, while Shah Rukh Khan’s Raees comes at number 2 by collecting Rs. 26.30 crore, not to forget the extreme negativity plus the film faced a clash with Hrithik Roshan starrer Kaabil which collected Rs. 18. 67 crore on day 2, then comes Akshay Kumar starrer Jolly LLB 2 which raked in Rs. 17.31 crore, Toilet – Ek Prem Katha earned Rs. 17.10 crore which is followed by Badrinath Ki Dulhania that raked in Rs. 14.75 crore on day 2. In fact, we also checked the first day and second day occupancy report of Salman Khan starrer Tubelight; 40% average occupancy on day 1 and 50% average occupancy on day 2. On the other hand, the Varun Dhawan starrer has managed to beat the occupancy record of Salman Khan starrer Tubelight. Judwaa 2 opened up with 70% average occupancy on day 1 and showed an upward trend even on day 2. That’s Incredible! And with this Varun has achieved something unbelievable. Well, the Judwaa 2 box office collection day 3 (Sunday) is going to be huge, something around Rs. 23 – 25 crore. That means the film will easily cross the Rs. 50 crore mark during the weekend. And with a Rs. 50 crore+ total in the weekend, this one is all set to turn out to be Varun Dhawan’s biggest.
