Varun Dhawan and Shoojit Sircar’s OCTOBER to release on 13th April 2018, is it a sign of October Vs 2.O?
During last few days, it’s been all with reference to announcing release dates in Bollywood. Past week, Housefull 4 locked in its release date, earlier than that Salman Khan has locked Eid 2019 with his upcoming Korean remake titled as ‘Bharat’, and yesterday, as Akshay Kumar announced Padman’s release date to be 26th Janaury, 2018. And now new entry to the list is yet one more thrilling project – October starring Varun Dhawan!
The film is directed by Shoojit Sircar and was scheduled to release on June 1st, 2018. But in an unexpected turn of events, Varun Dhawan took to twitter to announce a new date – 13th April, 2018, he captioned –
In the poster, Varun looks anxious, tensed, and fearful – all at the same time. Interestingly, yesterday there were speculations regarding 2.O’s release on April 13th, 2018, so we speculate if Varun Dhawan’s October is going to take on Rajinikanth-Akshay Kumar’s sci-fiction adventure ‘2.O’? Right now, there is no official news about October vs 2.O, but the two might just be heading for an epic clash.
Varun Dhawan and Shoojit Sircar’s upcoming collaboration ‘October’ is an appealing story. According to a source, “It was Varun who made it turn out as he went up to Shoojit Sircar and expressed his wish to work with him. Shoojit was preparing up on making October and he decided to cast Varun Dhawan, who has proved his acting skills with his varied films choices. Alongside Varun, the film also stars Banita Sandhu, a model from Wales (UK), a debutant in the female lead role. Banita has formerly worked with Shoojit for a commercial. Stay tuned for more updates!
