Plot - Ayan (Ranbir Kapoor) and Alizeh (Anushka Sharma) meet at a bar, love at first sight doesn't happens, they become good friends. Ayan has a girlfriend the "hot" Lisa (Lisa Haydon) and Anushka has a boyfriend Dr. Faizal (Imran Abbas).
They decide to go on a double date, Ayan and Alizeh discover Lisa and Faizal making out. Both Alizeh and Ayan break up with their lovers.
Ayan starts spending time with Alizeh. They go to Paris, they celebrate their breakups. But they don't fell in love with each other.

Review : Karan Johar's film is an ode to friendship. Like most of his films "Ae Dil Hai Mushkil" has everything that's required to take this film ahead. The film is not very predictable. The songs of Ae Dil Hai Mushkil are already Chartbusters. The film is shot at London and Paris. Both Ranbir and Anushka played their part very well. Fawad Khan is having a guest appearance in the film. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's performance as "Saba" is what you imagine Aishwarya to be - Sexy, Gorgeous, and the girl with a sense of self importance. Lisa Haydon and Imran Abbas has less screen time. Shah Rukh Khan and Alia Bhatt's cameo appearance will bring a smile on your face.
If you are a fan of friendship and love stories, then this film is for you. The film is made with a good intent. Ae Dil Hai Mushkil is the perfect Diwali treat for fans.
