The Global Streaming Titan Netflix will team up with Global Movie Titan Shah Rukh Khan's Red Chillies Entertainment. And the good news is it is first of a kind deal between Netflix and an Indian production house.
Shah Rukh Khan's Red Chillies and Netflix have signed a long-term deal that will give the web streaming giant's more than 86 million viewers exclusive access to the Bollywood Badshah's upcoming as well as past films.
"Red Chillies is surging ahead in global entertainment and for the first time, our great stories are going global on Netflix all at once and crossing all geographical barriers, waiting to be discovered over the world. No more waiting for our fans wherever they are," Shah Rukh quoted in a statement.
And he took twitter to share the news and thanked Netflix. Here what he wrote,

No wonder they call him a Global Superstar!
The newest contract with Red Chillies, the production by SRK will give Netflix members both in India and Overseas, video on demand access to a number of Red Chillies films as well as new films produced by the company in the next three years.
Shah Rukh Khan and Alia Bhatt starrer recent movie Dear Zindagi released on November 25 will be the first to come on Netflix, followed by blockbuster movie Happy New Year, Dilwale and Om Shanti Om!
"Shah Rukh Khan is the most sought-after actor in the Indian film industry, and has played a huge role in bringing Indian cinema to the world stage. His monicker ‘King Khan’ speaks of his status as a cultural icon and of the incredible popularity of his films among audiences worldwide", said Ted Sarandos the Chief content officer of Netflix.
This is a such a great achievement for both the companies. SRK himself is a brand. His undoubtedly the biggest global star from Bollywood with a massive following all around the world. Each one of his films is treat. Two of his movies are among the Top 10 Hindi grossers ever worldwide. His impressive filmography includes movies like Om Shanti Om, Ra.One, Swades, My Name Is Khan, Don 2, Chennai Express, Happy New Year and Dilwale, Fan. Wait almost all!
Shah Rukh Khan's upcoming Crime Action Thriller "Raees" is all set to release on 25th January, 2017.
