Wajah Tum Ho Movie Review : The film fails to live upto expectations !

Plot - A masked killer is broadcasting a live murder of a police officer ACP Sarnaik across all news channels of a media group. Kabir Deshmukh (Sharman Joshi) plays the investigating cop. Rahul Oberoi (Rajneish Duggal) is the owner of Global Time Channel, he's brought in for questioning and is a suspect. Sia (Sana Khan) is the legal head of Rahul's company. Sia's boyfriend Ranveer (Gurmeet Chaudhary) is hired by government to prosecute Rahul. Will the police catch the killer alive before he broadcasts another murder ?

Review - The film is based on the assembly line of half baked sex thrillers. A hacker hacks into a TV channel, and starts streaming a live murder on it. This is the main highlight of the film, which keeps the plot intrigued. Naturally, the channel owner is the prime suspect in this case. He is interrogated by Police Inspector Kabir. And then Sia comes to Rahul's rescue. The govt. hires Ranveer to prosecute Rahul. Ranveer, who happens to be Sia's boyfriend fights this case against her. Before they reach the culprit, another murder is broadcasted live. The first half has few dull moments, the second half loses it's pace. After few intriguing moments, we get a few intimate scenes, predictable twists and some worthy dialogues. The film has some sensual scenes, but the intimate scene between Rajneish and Sherlyn is poorly shot, it won't excite anyone. The climax scene is poorly choreographed too. A state council lawyer beats a police inspector , but how can this happen? The final sequence will make you leave the theatre laughing. The music of the film is average, three out of four songs are the recreations of older hits. The background score is good but the script isn't much interesting. Rajneish Duggal fails to deliver a fine performance while Gurmeet Chaudhary flaunts his abs. Sharman Joshi as the cop, becomes the only creditable actor here, but his poorly crafted character still fails to become heroic. Even Sana Khan, the Bigg Boss alumna fails to delivers a good performance. Zareen Khan heats up the atmosphere along with Sherlyn Chopra with the hot item numbers. Overall, this 136 minutes Crime Thriller with right things going wrong for it. Wajah Tum Ho is much better than Hate Story 2 and Hate Story 3. The film is not upto expectations, but that doesn't means it's a bad one. It's a one time watchable film. But if you are a fan of films with logical plots, then it's not for you !
