Marvel's Avengers : Infinity War Trailer Footage Breakdown | This one is bound to blow away your minds
Marvel Studios treated us with a gigantic chunk of footage from the much awaited Avengers : Infinity War at the D23 Expo. While the video isn’t available at the moment, we can give you a breakdown of the footage from Avengers : Infinity War.
The footage started with most likely a two-minute intro of footage from the initial several movies, every one focusing on the Infinity Stones we have seen so far, followed by the Marvel Studios badge, and on to the fresh stuff.
The Guardians of the Galaxy are flying around. “Put on your mean faces,” says the Star-Lord, as he expects something spiteful. There’s been wild obliteration, and after that a body smashes up touching their ship. “Get it away,” Rocket says. They transport the body in and it’s Thor. (We guess, it’s a Spoiler for Thor – Ragnarok) Mantis wakes him up, Thor jumps up and shouts “Who the hell are you guys?”
Subsequently, we see the Guardians flying to another planet with Thor, and while they get there again, it’s a gigantic destruction yet again. They all are familiar with the fact that something is very erroneous.
Cut to the Earth, Scarlet Witch is moving around some cars, while a female narration says, “Death follows him like a shadow.” Loki makes an appearance and presents the Tesseract to someone who looks like a giant.
In the very next scene, we see Peter Parker, the hairs on his arm stand up on end. He turns around in order of fear and we see a ship flying towards a planet, maybe Earth. Tony Stark says, “We have one advantage, he’s coming to us.” As the ship breaks down, we catch a glimpse of Mantis, Iron Man, Doctor Strange, Star-Lord and a few others characters and we are totally surprised.
“Fun really isn’t something one considers when balancing the universe,” a voice utters. Gamora turns around in total shock. “But this puts a smile on my face.” Star-Lord : “Oh no.” And out of a black hole appears the lavender madman, Thanos.
The fight begins. Doctor Strange is putting down platforms, while Star-Lord is jumping off them, gunfires. Cut to the web slinger Spider-Man, gets his new suit revealed at the end of Spider-Man Homecoming, jumping all the way through the air. A glimpse of Vision behind the bars. A shot of Wakandan army which comprises Bucky. Captain America comes out of shadows, appears with messy hairs and a full beard. Black Widow
Looks super different she’s blonde now. Iron Man is having a fresh, very smooth, glossy as well as lustrous armor. Someone is using the Hulk Buster armor. Just a enormous mosaic of shots.
Peter Parker is on the ground very injured. He says, “I’m sorry Tony,” in tears with Iron Man holding his head. Thanos grabs Thor’s head like he going to pop it like a balloon. In the heat of battle with the Infinity Gauntlet on his hand, Thanos utilizes the power of two Infinity stones he has to grab a moon. He begin to pull it towards any planet one and all are standing on. The debris begins to flutter and cut to title card.
Avengers : Infinity War is the initial movie in a two-part Avengers series that will efficiently end this phase of the current MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe) cycle. Preceding to Disney releasing the footage, Marvel Studios head Kevin Feige confirmed that 2018 February’s Black Panther, is the Only last stand-alone film before the Avengers sequel, will set up the events of Infinity War.
Co-director Joe Russo was in Anaheim for D23, while his brother, Anthony, remained in Atlanta to carry on shooting the Avengers saga. Infinity War wrapped on Friday, and they
have started working on Avengers 4.
After the panel, Marvel had one more surprise. It shared a photo of Brolin next to four statues of Thanos' team of bad guys, the Black Order. It seems Thanos won't be alone in facing the Avengers.
Avengers : Infinity War will be the initial time that we’ve seen heroes from 22 movies will come together in one movie. Infinity War opens 10 years after the MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe) launched the Iron Man. The film aims to pit most of the MCU heroes against Thanos, a ominous alien who hopes to acquire all of the universe's Infinity Stones in order to become the almighty.
Avengers: Infinity War is scheduled to hit the screens on May 4, 2018.
