Plot – The story revolves around a Punjabi tour guide; Harry (Shah Rukh Khan), who meets a Gujarati tourist girl; Sejal (Anushka Sharma). On the vacation trip, Sejal’s ring goes missing. Together, they both travel across various places to find Sejal’s lost ring. The search for Sejal’s missing ring makes Harry understand the value of love and relationships better and Sejal finds solace in her newly found freedom, but Sejal is already engaged to someone, will Harry be able to win Sejal’s heart forms the crux of the story.
Review – After treating us with movies like Jab We Met, Love Aaj Kal, Rockstar, Cocktail, Highway and Tamasha, Imtiaz Ali is back with a romantic film. His last directorial Tamasha didn’t manage to taste success at the box office, but the film was much appreciated by the audience. This time, the director came up with Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma for the very first time. Shah Rukh Khan portrays the character of a tour guide, from Punjab. SRK is coming back to romance genre after Chennai Express and Jab Tak Hai Jaan. When the film is having a romance genre and stars SRK, we’re pretty sure the film is gonna win hearts. I mean, whenever the actor played a romantic lover boy, he absolutely nailed his role and made us fall in love with his romantic character. Even this time, the actor completely nails his role, delivers a heart winning performance as Harry; the Punjabi munda. Playing the lead heroine is Anushka Sharma, the gorgeous damsel is romancing Shah Rukh Khan on-screen for the third time after Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi and Jab Tak Hai Jaan. Anushka made her debut with SRK in Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi, and their chemistry was well accepted by fans. This time, Anushka plays the Gujarati girl Sejal and she completely nails the Gujju accent. The gorgeous damsel makes everyone fall in love with her Gujarati language. The film is aims to redefine love and romance, Imtiaz Ali’s direction is wonderful. The cinematography is excellent. The film doesn’t have any dull moment, Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma’s endearing chemistry is bound to win hearts. The film has been made with a good intent and one shouldn’t miss this one. The music has been composed by Pritam and is really heart warming. Diplo’s composed track ‘Phurrr’ will definitely compel you to groove. All in all, Jab Harry Met Sejal is a beautiful love story than can be watched with family. Be it Shah Rukh Khan-Anushka Sharma’s performance, their sizzling chemistry, the songs, the dialogues, Imtiaz Ali’s direction, the beautiful locales of Amsterdam, Budapest, Lisbon, Prague or Punjab, everything works in favour of the film.
Final Words – Jab Harry Met Sejal is a funny, unbashed love story, Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma’s endearing chemistry shouldn’t be missed. Go for it!

The advance booking for Jab Harry Met Sejal started 6 days before the film’s release,that will surely help the film in garnering good numbers at the ticket window. Although, the film is releasing across 3500+ screens in India and 1000+ screens in overseas. Going by the advance booking report, the film can easily collect more than 18 crore on it’s opening day. The occupancy will grow on Saturday and Sunday, so it has all the potential to collect more than 60 crore during it’s first weekend. If the film holds solid momentum even after Monday, then 200cr plus is on the cards.

In order to find out Sejal’s lost ring, both of them travel across various locations. Music Review –
Jab Harry Met Sejal’s whole music album has been topping the charts so far. Be it Radha, Beech Beech Mein, Safar, Butterfly, Hawayein or Diplo’s Phurrr, each and every song has garnered a very good response.
